How to place an order:

• You can place an order online. Before placing an order, please create an account if you do not already have one.
• You can place an order through the phone. Please give us a call at 408-914-2899 to place an order.
  

To place an order online:

1) Browse through our website and add desired items to your shopping cart.

2) Click on “check out”

3) Input your billing and shipping information

4) Choose your shipping method and your payment method

5) Complete checkout and wait for your package to arrive

*Payment methods accepted are: Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Money Order and PayPal

Order Processing:

• Your order is starts being processed after it has been verified.

• Processing of an order will take between 24 and 48 hours during regular business days, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Shipping time is calculated after order processing and verification is complete.

• Processing time may be delayed on orders placed over the weekend or during holiday season.

Shipping Information:

• We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.

• Our goal is to ship your order within 1-2 business days after it has been verified. 

• All international buyers please understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, delays or any other charges that may apply while shipping internationally. Please check with you regional Customs office for any fees that you may incur.  
• If you refuse shipment, we will issue a credit for the product minus our shipping costs on receipt of the refused products at Armedpaintball.com. A minimum twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee may be charged. 
• All orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska are shipped UPS 2-Day Air. Due to U.S. federal law, we cannot ship CO2 to Hawaii or Alaska.      
• The buyer takes full responsibility for the goods when the goods leave our warehouse, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. 
• Low value packages may be shipped upon your request.

Backorder/Shipped-Partial:

• If your order has a backorder or pre-order item, your order may be shipped in separate packages. 

• If we are temporarily out of stock on the item you ordered, we will ship it out as soon as we receive it. 

• For orders that were partially shipped, the remaining portion of the order will be shipped out UPS Ground or USPS Standard Mail.

Delivery & Tracking Information:

• We do not guarantee shipping time and dates. We use third-party carriers to ship our products. Therefore, once an order is processed and a parcel has left our care, we have no control over its delivery. However, we insure every package that we send out.  

• Weekends and holidays are not business days. UPS does not delivery on weekends unless Saturday delivery option is requested. 

• A tracking number will be provided with every package.

 Order Cancellation Policies

• All orders are processed daily except weekends and holidays.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once it is send to shipping. We highly recommend you to call us immediately to request any cancellation.
• Email cancellation requests may take 1-2 business days to respond.
• To request cancellation on a shipped order, you will be responsible for 30% restocking fee and both way shipping cost. In additional, the items must be in brand new condition.
• Please review your order carefully before clicking "confirm order" to help us keep our operation cost low.
• Duplicated Orders: Please DO NOT click "back" on your browser after confirming your order.



Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyer assumes 100% ownership of products purchased from Armedpaintball.com and related websites.
• Buyer assumes 100% responsibilities and liabilities from using a products purchased.
• Buyer agrees not to alter, modify or remove the orange tip on any Airsoft/Paintball replica.
• Buyer agrees to wear proper eye safety and ensure that all bystanders have proper eye safety prior to operating an Airsoft/Paintball replica.
• Buyer will hold Armedpaintball.com, its staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.
• Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)
• Buyer agrees that all transactions done on online with Armedpaintball.com are sourced in California, where any future disputes will take place.

Warranty Policies

• All products sold on Armedpaintball.com carry a 30 days warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty period goes into effect from the day your package is delivered.
• Our warranty covers replacement or repair of defective / damaged products only, as determined by our Armedpaintball.com technicians or RMA representatives.
• All sales have 7 days return policy of all products sold on Armedpaintball.com.
• Modifying, altering, or removing the orange tip on Airsoft/Paintball replicas will void all warranties and could violate state or federal laws.
• Warranty on internal upgrade / replacement parts is void when item(s) are installed. Armedpaintball.com will not be responsible for compatibility between various manufactures unless specified by Armedpaintball's represenative. Many Paintball parts require modification to fit and is part of the hobby.
• Warranty voids when the product is abused, altered, skirmished, disassembled in any way, not in original packaging, showing any alteration or removal of the orange tip/Internal body, or is past the 30 day warranty period.
• Batteries and chargers that are packaged with electric rifles are considered for testing purposes only and not covered under warranty. Armedpaintball.com recommends the use of high quality batteries and smart chargers only.
• We do not offer cool down periods or trial orders. Please research all products before making a purchase, as all sales are final (Please check Return Policy for more detail).
• Some manufactures may offer an extended warranty on their products. It is the responsibility of the consumer to contact the manufacturer to receive any extended warranty.
• There are no additional warranties beyond what is specified.

Return Policy:

• All sales have 7 days return for refund as money back. You will be responsible for 25% restocking fee.
  
• All sales have 14 days for exchange or store credit.
• There will be 10% restocking fee for exchange or store credit of order that was qualified for free shipping.
  
• All products must be in brand new, re-sellable condition.
• You will be responsible for both way shipping cost. 
  

Request For Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

If an item arrived damaged or defective, Armedpaintball.com is here to help!

• If your package arrived damaged, please inspect all its contents and contact us immediately. We can assist you in completing a damage claim with the shipper.
• Any items returned without an RMA# issued by our representatives will be refused or discarded. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges and returning goods to Armedpaintball.com for any warranty claims or services.
• Once you are issued an RMA#, you will be given further instructions on shipping items to Armedpaintball.com. If all warranty guidelines and shipping instructions are met, you will be reimbursed for certain shipping costs.
• All return packages will be inspected by authorized, industry leading technicians who will made all final decisions regarding your case. Any false claims will be handled as fraud.
• Under extreme circumstances, it is at the discretion of the RMA Department and its staff to grant returns. Items must be in brand new, re-sellable condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in return situations.
